Creation of strategies, web optimizations, ad campaigns
As the marketing operations manager at TuriTop, I played a crucial role in redefining and optimizing the company's digital strategies. My primary responsibility was to redesign the website from scratch, aiming to enhance user experience and subsequently increase sales. This process involved thorough usability analysis and the implementation of best practices in web design, resulting in a more intuitive and appealing platform.
n addition to managing the website, I had the opportunity to oversee the sites of up to 17 TuriTop clients. In this role, I led an implementation team, closely collaborating with the sales and customer success departments. Together, we developed and optimized our clients' websites, ensuring that each was aligned with their business objectives and optimized to improve user conversion in TuriTop's reservation system.
My position also involved creating visual marketing materials. I designed pieces for social media and emails, as well as digital ad campaigns that not only increased brand visibility but also generated a significant rise in company sales.
Furthermore, I designed eBooks that were used at FITUR, which helped educate potential clients about TuriTop's services and foster conversions. This combination of skills in design, data analysis, and project management was essential for the overall success of our marketing initiatives and ultimately for the company's growth.
